Delivery Schedule: Orders received by 3pm (local time) are in general dispatched the same day, after this time they will be dispatched the following day. All goods are shipped by 1st class recorded delivery by royal mail. Goods dispatched on a Friday are normally delivered on the following Monday. All delivery times are estimates only and Maximans Computer Media cannot guarantee delivery times.

Should we be unable to dispatch your goods as agreed we will contact you to inform you with our estimated dispatch date.

Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Connect. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Your Right to Cancel:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

If you wish to exercise you right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0845 456 4589 informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.

The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.

Complaints: If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at complaints@maximans.co.uk  All complaints will be acknowledged personally within 5 working days. We will endeavor to reach a solution with you in 7 working days.
